Job Description

Reception and guest services



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally. Answer phone calls, screen calls, and forward them to the appropriate department. Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers. Maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-stocked reception area.

Administrative and clerical duties



Schedule appointments and meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform data entry, filing, and organizing of documents and records. Order and maintain office supplies, keeping an inventory. Operate office equipment like photocopiers and scanners. Perform light bookkeeping and issue invoices if required. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

Communication and coordination



Respond to emails and forward messages to the correct individuals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Assist with administrative support for other staff members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
