Job Description

1. Front office Executive is the In-Charge of Front office.

2. Billing.

3. Job Card entry.

4. Job Card closing.

5. SMR Calling as per the CCM / WM instruction.

6. Properly filing Pre-Invoice & Retail Invoice along with JC.

7. Upkeep records ofJob Card, IFC (Instant Feedback Card) & Pickup drop cases.

8. Recording maintenance & filing.

9. Greeting clients and setting a positive atmosphere. Maintain neatness of the lounge and arrange

magazines).

10. Treat Customers: Arrange Tea/ Drinking water.

1 1. Understand the purpose of Customer' visit and vehicle allocation to Service Advisor.

12. Entering IFC (lnstant Feedback Card) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

13. Pick up & Drop In-charge: Allocate Pickups to Drivers, Confirm pick up appointments and Smart

Pick.

14. Ensure functionality of TV, AC in the Customer lounge.

15. Ensure cleanliness ofFront office.

16. Responsible for any other additional works entrusted by Superiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
