Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female)

Miracle Hotel and Resorts, Kunnamangalam, Calicut

Experience Required:



Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

OR



Fresh graduates in Hotel Management

Salary:

?18,000 - ?20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and courteously Manage front desk operations and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs Maintain records and handle reservation systems Handle incoming calls and emails, and assist with booking inquiries Maintain a neat and presentable reception area

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and professional appearance Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel software preferred) Ability to handle guest requests with patience and a customer-first attitude Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
