Guest and visitor management:

Greet visitors warmly, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and maintain a professional reception area.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; respond to emails; and provide accurate information to inquiries.

Administrative support:

Schedule meetings and appointments, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and perform clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Office operations:

Keep office supplies stocked, maintain a tidy and presentable front desk, and control access to the office to ensure security
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,132.20 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
