Job Description

We are seeking a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused

Front Desk Executive

to be the face of our aesthetic clinic. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will be responsible for handling front desk operations, client communication, appointment scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Reception Duties



Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages with professionalism and efficiency. Answer client queries regarding treatments, prices, and appointments in a knowledgeable and reassuring manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking reception area at all times.

Appointment & Schedule Management



Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the clinic's booking software. Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure timely service delivery. Minimize scheduling conflicts and manage waiting times.

Client Records & Billing



Maintain and update client records accurately, including medical history forms, consent forms, and treatment notes. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection processes. Issue receipts and maintain a daily cash and payment log.

Clinic Operations Support



Assist in inventory checks and ordering front desk supplies. Ensure proper filing and administrative tasks related to client documentation. Coordinate with the clinical team for daily operational needs. Handle feedback and escalate client concerns when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative (experience in a clinic, spa, salon, or hospitality preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Proficient in MS Office and clinic management/booking software. Well-groomed, presentable, and polite at all times. Multitasking ability and time-management skills. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products (or willingness to learn).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
