Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
Manage front desk operations, including visitor log, appointments, and scheduling.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
Provide information and guidance to clients, staff, and vendors as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Support HR/Admin teams with basic clerical activities when required.
