Front Office Executive

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will manage front desk operations, reservations, and guest relations while ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out processes smoothly. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests politely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements. Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers. Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and organized.

Qualifications & Skills



Hotel Management passed students

encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates in Front Office/Reception

preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software. Customer-first attitude with good grooming and presentation. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits



Salary:
