Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk, handling communication, and offering administrative support. This role requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception & Visitor Management:

Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and direct them appropriately.

Call Handling:

Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages.

Scheduling & Appointments:

Organize meetings and appointments, and manage resources.

Travel Arrangements:

Schedule and book travel (flights, accommodations, transport) .

Administrative Support:

Assist with reports, documents, office supplies, and logistics.

Mail & Courier Management:

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Customer Service:

Provide information and resolve visitor concerns.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Maintain contact databases and logs.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's preferred. .

Skills:

Strong communication, multitasking

Travel Coordination:

Experience in booking travel arrangements is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
