Job Description

Administrative Support



Receive and distribute couriers and hospital documents. Maintain appointment registers, files, and front office supplies.

Reception & Patient Handling



Greet patients and visitors courteously. Guide patients to appropriate departments or counters. Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Appointment Scheduling



Schedule and confirm appointments for OPD, specialists, diagnostics, etc. Coordinate with doctors' schedules and department availability.

Communication & Coordination



Answer incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services. Coordinate with nursing, billing, and medical departments for patient flow.

Registration & Documentation



Maintain patient registration and demographic data. Ensure correct entry of data in the Hospital Management System (HMS). Issue visitor passes, maintain records, and manage front office logs.

Billing Support



Direct patients to billing counters and assist with initial formalities. Support in collecting consultation fees or OPD charges if required.

Customer Service



Address patient/visitor grievances politely and escalate when necessary. Ensure a neat, clean, and professional front office environment.
