Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism; handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations and bookings using hotel PMS (Property Management System).
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of billing and guest folios.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Upsell hotel services such as restaurant, spa, or upgrades when appropriate.
Assist in guest registration, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys/cards.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure guest identification and security protocols are followed.
