Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Front Office Executive for our resort in Calicut. Ideal candidate should be pleasing, should have strong communication and customer service skills, self motivated, ability to multitask.

Job Summary:

Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assign the room, and activate/issue room key. Secure payment before issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Luxury hotel or resort preferred Should be pleasing with strong communication and customer service skills, self motivated and ability to multitask. Fluency in English & Malayalam.
Food and Accommodation will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
