Mail Handling:

Draft emails and communicate with clients or vendors.

Client Relations:

Get in touch with clients or vendors and schedule meetings.

Records Maintenance:

Keep records and files updated.

Cash Handling:

Monitor office expenses and costs.

Office Supplies:

Monitor inventory and place orders when necessary.

Call Handling:

Receive calls and record messages for employees.

Travel Desk:

Handle other assigned duties, such as travel arrangements and schedules.
