The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and guide parents, visitors, and vendors
Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries politely
Support admission enquiries and coordinate with the admissions team
Maintain visitor and call records
Manage emails, couriers, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Ensure front office discipline and cleanliness
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent
