Job Description

o Receiving phone calls, transferring the calls and keeping record of incoming and outgoing calls.

o You will be responsible for managing the front office that would include handling phone calls, capturing data live on the software, making quick and accurate assessment of the case, generating tickets and assigning them to team concerned.

o To ensure that all phone calls both incoming and outgoing are monitored and entered.

o Receiving visitors, ascertaining the purpose and taking appropriate actions.

o When the verbal complaints are converted into written complaints, necessary changes need to be updated in the software so that there is no duplication or deletion.

o Maintaining the following registers and to ensure it is timely updated:

Resident's Movement register Incoming calls register Outgoing calls register Dispatch register Doctor's appointment diary Maintaining Telephone number and email ids on the system Visitors / Enquiry register Laboratory register (updating the records along with its costs) Handing over & taking over register Key management register Patient Discharge register /Patient Movement Register Handling enquiries efficiently and converting it into possible services
o Keeping a record of phone calls made by patients

o To have an effective control of all the keys of rooms, cupboards, drawers, gates, lift, and generator and panel board, etc at the centre.

o Keeping the keys under the custody of the front office and managing them. Handing over and returning of keys should be promptly recorded with time and signatures.

o Doing rounds to ensure safety at the gates.

o Controlling the operation of lift as per guidelines.

o Maintaining electronic and telecom equipment for the office and coordinating with the personnel from the company if there is breakdown of the equipment.

o Be responsible to record all the calls & visitor details accurately.

o Attend staff meeting facilitated by CRM / Centre In-charge to review the type of calls received, challenges in handling front office and give your suggestions for improvement.

o Report for duty as per approved duty roster and abide by the rules of the organization.

o Preserve absolute confidentiality of cases and complaints.

o To keep the reception area clean and tidy.

o Besides the above, any other responsibility assigned by Trust as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
