Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors courteously.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
2. Administrative Support
Manage meeting room bookings and staff appointments.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
3. Customer Interaction
Provide accurate information about company services and policies.
Direct visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Technical and Reporting
Use MS Office and internal systems for data entry and reporting.
Prepare simple reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
6 months - 1 year in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English & communication skills.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personality:
Pleasant, approachable, and professional.
Organization:
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
