Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, including names and contact information.
Manage all incoming calls: route to appropriate departments or record messages.
Provide timely and accurate information to visitors, students, and staff via in-person interactions, phone, or email.
Maintain and organize official documents, student files, and institutional records.
Handle and update daily registers, including attendance, movement, and inward/outward registers.
Support the scheduling of meetings and events; manage institutional calendars. Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families.
Explain admission procedures, academic programs, and institutional offerings in person, over the phone, and via email.
Support the admissions and marketing teams with follow-up calls, student registrations, and promotional activities.
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and hygienic campus environment.
Monitor maintenance requirements and coordinate with relevant departments for timely issue resolution.
Ensure the upkeep and functionality of classrooms, administrative offices, and shared facilities. Supervise housekeeping staff and verify completion of assigned tasks.
Handle courier services--both incoming and outgoing--and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and institutional programs as required. Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and outreach programs.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management from time to time.
