The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees entering the premises. This role is responsible for managing reception operations, maintaining a professional company image, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with departments for appointments and meetings.
Telephone & Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person courteously.
Manage internal communication, notices, and announcements.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
Maintain and order office supplies and stationery.
Assist HR and Admin teams in scheduling interviews, meetings, and events.
Maintain employee attendance and visitor records.
Office Coordination
Ensure reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Liaise with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
Support administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and database updates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
Fluency in English and local language.
Work Environment:
Full-time, on-site role.
Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory.
