Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and documentation.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Maintain proper records of reports, invoices, and patient data.
Coordinate with lab and medical staff for smooth workflow.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification as required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service and support patient queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Professional, polite, and presentable demeanor.
Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
