Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Handle reception desk operations, including visitor logs, couriers, and correspondence.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office cleanliness at the reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office operations.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
