Job Describtion:
Patient registration: Registering patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
Communication: Answering phone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and directing patients to the appropriate people
Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Administrative tasks: Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing
Housekeeping: Ensuring proper housekeeping arrangements and maintaining the reception area
Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information
Billing: Handling billing and payment records, and preparing customer bills
Insurance: Screening patient information and insurance eligibility, and reviewing insurance policies.
