Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
Address guest queries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
Process payments and generate invoices.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle walk-in inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of
IDS software
is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Customer-first mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willing to work
night shifts
and flexible hours.
