Front Office - Roles and Responsibilities
:
Communication
Responding to all inbound phone calls
Calling parents on request from teachers/office/HOS
Following up with parents for outstanding fee payments
Scheduling parent-teacher meetings on request
Admissions:
Handling enquiries from potential parents - telephone, email, and direct walk-ins and providing adequate information for parent to move forward with the process
Following up with all enquiries on a timely basis
Managing all enquiry related information on an enquiry management platform (presently Leadsquared) real time
Walking parents through campus (campus tour)
Scheduling student and parent interactions
Communicating admission results/updates
Updating requisite student database and vacancy sheets (or their equivalents)
Filing all applications received and ensuring their completeness and correctness
Qualifications:
Must possess experience in a collegiate environment to understand the academic culture and must have the ability to effectively interact with faculty, staff, vendors and administrators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
