Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Perform all check-in and check-out tasks \xc2\xb7 Manage online and phone reservations \xc2\xb7 Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data \xc2\xb7 Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) \xc2\xb7 Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms \xc2\xb7 Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities \xc2\xb7 Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in a timely and professional manner \xc2\xb7 Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs \xc2\xb7 Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests \xc2\xb7 Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate \xc2\xb7 Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role \xc2\xb7 Experience with hotel reservations software, like IDS and Cloudbeds. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of OTA / how travel planning websites operate, like Booking.com or TripAdvisor \xc2\xb7 Maintaining positive attitude towards our Customer. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Degree or Diploma in hotel management is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
