Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and guide guests to the appropriate departments.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
2. Administrative Support
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
3. Coordination & Record Keeping
Maintain and update contact lists, visitor records, and office directories.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.).
Support HR and Admin teams in organizing employee events or onboarding sessions.
4. Other Duties
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Support management in other administrative and clerical tasks as required.
