Attendance Maintenance:
Track and maintain employee attendance, including daily logs, absenteeism, and leave records.
Ensure accurate data entry into the attendance system and provide reports as needed for payroll and HR purposes.
Office Boy-Level Staff Management:
Supervise office boy-level staff, assign daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing office supplies, and running errands.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Provide training and guidance to office support staff to ensure adherence to office policies and maintain a productive work environment.
Talent Acquisition (TA):
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Manage the recruitment cycle, including candidate communication, job descriptions, and onboarding new employees.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely and effective recruitment of talent.
Maintain candidate records and support the onboarding process to ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.
