We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Front Office Executive
who can efficiently manage patient interactions at the reception desk along with handling
OPD billing responsibilities
. The ideal candidate should have a patient-first approach, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of hospital software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
Handle patient registration, collect and verify personal and billing details.
Schedule and manage doctor appointments as per OPD timings.
Generate OPD bills, collect payments (cash/card/UPI), and issue receipts.
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure reconciliation at the end of the day.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Respond to incoming calls and assist with general queries.
Skills Required:
Well versed in verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of OPD billing software and hospital management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Courteous, organized, and patient-focused approach
