We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to manage guest check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all hotel guests.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Maintain records of bookings and guest preferences.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Prior experience in hotel front office preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
