Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly. Maintain visitor log books and issue visitor passes. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.

Key Skills & Competencies



Good communication skills (verbal & written). Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email). Customer service orientation. Multitasking and time management skills.

Education & Experience



Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in any stream.

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
