We are looking for a

Front office staff

to join our team at our jewellery showroom in Koduvally. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a flair for creating a welcoming environment. The role involves assisting in managing customer relations, providing administrative support, and helping the sales team deliver an exceptional showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive and memorable experience. Support sales staff with customer queries and product information, ensuring smooth operations. Handle administrative tasks related to customer management and showroom operations. Maintain clear communication with customers and the sales team. Help maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure it remains organized and welcoming.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification of Plus Two (12th) or Degree. Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Local candidates (nearby Koduvally) will be given preference. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Salary:

?10,000 to ?12,000 per month ( jewellery experienced candidates salary depends on experience)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a weekly day off. Sunday will be a working day.
