Role Overview
We are looking for a polished and empathetic
Front Office Executive
to be the face of our lab for walk-in patients and attendants. This role is ideal for professionals from
hospitality, airline, or luxury service backgrounds
--especially those looking to migrate into the
healthcare industry
while continuing to deliver high-touch service in a meaningful, patient-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all patients and visitors warmly; manage check-ins and first impressions
Handle patient registration, appointment coordination, and billing processes accurately
Support elderly, anxious, or walk-in patients with calm empathy
Coordinate special cases such as home collections or priority/VIP patients
Tactfully handle premium and escalated service cases
Maintain personal grooming, front desk hygiene, and professional decorum
Collaborate closely with CCEs, shift TLs, and phlebo team for smooth day-to-day flow
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in
hospitality, airline check-in, or luxury service desk
Strong communication in English and Hindi; polished appearance and confident demeanor
Skilled in guest handling, soft skills, and service under pressure
Interest in
transitioning into the healthcare sector
while continuing service excellence
Comfortable working in a patient-facing healthcare environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
