is looking for a Hotel/Resort Front Desk Agent to be our customers' initial point of contact and handle all aspects of their Stay.
The responsibilities of a Hotel front desk agent include registering guests, maintaining reservations, and offering information about rooms, pricing, and facilities. Bottom Line, you will assist create a comfortable and memorable stay for our guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Collect necessary information & documents as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests/conferences/Day Picnic etc.
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Understanding of how travel planning websites operates i.e. MMT/Goibibo etc.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
Experience with hotel reservations software (Innkey)
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest
Salary & Benefits
