Key Responsibilities
Greet students, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner.
Handle calls, inquiries, and walk-ins professionally.
Collect student fees and maintain accurate records.
Update and manage student data using CRM tools.
Maintain daily inquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and internal teams.
Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as required by management.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Google Sheets
Basic experience with CRM tools preferred
Good communication skills in English & local language
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
