Should be able to handle all front desk activities
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
Handle the walk-in as well as telephonic enquiries and admin function.
Maintain records of student attendance and visitor logs
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Coordinate with school staff and support administrative tasks
Assist with communication between school and parents
Desired candidate:
Good Written and Verbal English Communication and interpersonal skills
Prefer local candidates.
Experience 0-4 yrs
Knowledge in MS Office
