Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a tidy and organized front office/reception area. Handle visitor logbook, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed. Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments. Support HR/Admin team with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and packages. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and smooth office operations. Assist in front office requirements such as stationery management, office supplies, and staff coordination when needed. Provide general administrative support to other departments as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Customer service-oriented and approachable.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
