Call Handling:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
Appointment Scheduling:
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
Mail Management:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; ensure proper distribution.
Office Maintenance:
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Communication:
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
Professional appearance; positive attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
