Front Office Executive (female Receptionist)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Follow up with leads who registered but did not complete payment for workshops.

? Convince and guide parents/students through the payment and registration process.

? Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM tools with status and remarks.

? Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth lead

management.

? Handle objections professionally and convert potential customers into paid users.

? Share daily/weekly reports on follow-up outcomes and targets.

Key Requirements:



? 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in sales or lead conversion roles.

? Strong communication skills in English and any regional language (as required).

? Experience working with targets or sales KPIs.

? Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.

? Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,511.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
