We are hiring a

Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Female)

to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a confident, outgoing approach to client interaction.

This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in

front office, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, aviation, or client-facing roles

.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and guests professionally Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records Coordinate with sales, admin, and management teams Maintain front office documentation and basic administrative work Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Represent the company with professionalism and positive communication

Required Skills & Keywords



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in

English and Hindi

Proficiency in Odia (local language) is mandatory

Presentable and

fashion-conscious with a professional sense of style

Outspoken, confident, and naturally talkative

Open-minded, friendly, and adaptable personality

Strong customer service and people-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)

Experience & Eligibility



Female candidates only Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) 1-3 years of experience as

Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Customer Support / Guest Relations

preferred

Front desk experience in hospitality (hotels, premium service environments) is an added advantage

Experience in aviation (airlines, airport ground staff, cabin crew) is a strong advantage

Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also apply
