Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Front Office Executive

to manage daily front office operations, including handling attendance records, visitor management, and maintaining accurate data in Excel. The role requires excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a professional approach to dealing with staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

front office activities, including handling phone calls, visitors, and correspondence.

Maintain staff

attendance records

on a daily basis.

Update and manage attendance data accurately in

Excel sheets

. Coordinate with

HR/Administration for monthly attendance reports.

Keep track of

employee in-out timings, leaves, and late arrivals.

Ensure smooth communication and information flow across departments. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment. Support in basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Proficiency in

MS Excel

and computer operations is a must. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to

multitask and maintain accuracy in records.

Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

SALARY

-8000 - 12,000
