We are seeking a polite, organized, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive
to manage the front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities
Maintain reception area cleanliness and office decorum
Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks
Support HR and accounts teams with data entry and records (if required)
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality with customer-service orientation
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of office equipment (PBX, printers, scanners)
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred
