Documentation Executive

to handle company records, data entry, and documentation work. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, especially in

MS Excel

, and be capable of maintaining accurate and organized records.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, update, and maintain company documents and records Perform data entry and manage reports using

MS Excel

Organize files (both digital and physical) systematically Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of documents Assist in preparing basic reports, statements, and correspondence Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and updates

Requirements



Female candidate Basic to good knowledge of computers Proficiency in

MS Excel

and MS Office Good typing and data entry skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Freshers can apply; experience will be an added advantage
