Front Office Executive

to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming calls and manage front desk enquiries Coordinate appointments and maintain visitor records Support basic administrative and office tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations

Requirements:



Gender: Female only Age: Below 30 years Language Proficiency: English & Malayalam Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and customer-friendly personality

Working Hours:



9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Sunday: Fixed weekly off

Salary & Benefits:
