Job Summary



We are looking for a

professional, energetic, and customer-friendly Front Office Executive

to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities



Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly manner Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries Maintain visitor logs and manage basic administrative tasks Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operation Handle daily front desk activities professionally

Qualifications



Female candidates only Good communication skills (English/Malayalam) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.) Well-groomed and presentable Freshers are welcome

Work Schedule



Part-time (timing will be discussed during the interview)

Salary



Competitive (based on experience)
