Job Description

The Front Office Executive / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, messages, and email correspondence efficiently. Maintain visitor records, attendance logs, and enquiry registers. Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, and institutional services. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and counseling schedules. Assist the admin and academic teams with routine office tasks. Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times. Support promotional and event-related activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream). Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam. Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience in an educational institution or front office role preferred.
