smart and professional Front Office Executive (Female)
to manage front desk operations at our showroom/office in Panampilly nagar Ernakulam. The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling reception duties, customer interaction, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors in a courteous manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Maintain the front office/reception area clean and organized
Schedule appointments and manage visitor logs
Assist the sales/admin team with basic clerical and documentation work
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, documents)
Coordinate with other departments and support showroom operations
Maintain attendance registers, staff entry records, and general filing
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role
Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally
