Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Visitor Management:

Greet visitors, maintain the front desk, manage appointments and meeting room schedule.

Calls & Communication:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email; route queries to the right teams; maintain call logs.

Administrative Support:

Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic letters; assist with filing, scanning, courier dispatch, and record keeping.

Sales/Service Coordination:

Log service calls, follow up with customers, update CRM; coordinate technician/sales appointments.

Cash & Inventory:

Manage petty cash, maintain stationery and pantry inventory, raise purchase requests when needed.

Compliance & Clean Desk:

Maintain visitor register, ID badges, and keep reception neat and presentable.

Basic Social/Office Support (nice to have):

Post simple updates (festivals, notices) on office boards or WhatsApp Broadcast.
Must-Have Skills

Excellent

communication

in

English & Malayalam

(Hindi is a plus). Confident telephone etiquette and customer handling. Strong

MS Office/Google Workspace

skills (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail). Good organization, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Good to Have

Experience with

CRM

or

ticketing

tools. Basic knowledge of

Tally/Zoho Books

for voucher entries (training can be provided). Prior experience in

front office/reception/admin

.
Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred but not mandatory). Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
