Job Title: Front Office Executive / Admin Executive
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:-

• Handling Front Office along with Facilities Management
• Maintaining the Front Office premises and Hygiene
• Supervising Housekeeping & Security Staff and their attendance
• Needs to take care of Water Dispensers, Coffee Vending Machine, Inward & outward Material etc.
• Vendor / visitor management
• Stationery Management
• Managing Sr. Management travel/accommodation requirements
• Managing food requirements of guests
• Client Visit Management
• Welcome kit for New Employee
• Employee Accommodation
• External Vendor interaction
• Access card activation / deactivation and issue
• Updating ERTS Tickets
• Need to assist for all Office Festival / Cultural / Sports Events
• Need to take care of International Couriers by dealing with Customs Dept.
• Need to take care of Broad band, D2H and Mobile services
• Preparing MIS of all the above works and reporting to Superior

Required Skills:-

• Presentable Personality & Good communication
• Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel is preferred).
• 1-3 Years of Experience in Handling Front Office & admin
• Should be good in English, Hindi & Telugu
