Reservation Management:
Making, confirming, and managing reservations through various channels, including online and phone bookings.
Guest Assistance:
Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions. Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Communication:
Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling other forms of communication with guests and other departments.
Cash Handling and Billing:
Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and managing guest folios and bills.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining records, managing the reception area, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
