The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact at
Epistemo Vikas Leadership School
and plays a key role in creating a positive and professional impression for visitors, parents, and students. The role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day school operations.
Greet parents, students, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Handle all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to school security and safety protocols.
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication link between parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
Disseminate circulars, notices, and announcements as per management directions.
Coordinate courier dispatch, incoming mail, and internal document flow.
Support internal and external events by managing communication and front-desk arrangements.
Administrative Support
Maintain student and staff attendance records as required.
Assist with maintaining and updating school databases and records.
Handle stationery requests and maintain inventory for front office operations.
Support school leadership with scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.
Admissions & Enquiries
Attend to all walk-in and phone enquiries related to admissions.
Provide accurate information about the school's programs and facilities.
Maintain enquiry logs and follow up with prospective parents in coordination with the Admissions Team.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Telugu/Hindi proficiency preferred).
Professional presentation and customer service orientation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Hospitality, or Communication).
2-5 years of experience in front office or administrative roles; experience in a school environment is desirable.
Experience in an international school setup (CBSE/IB/IGCSE) will be an advantage.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
