Good To have:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external contacts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using computer systems and or electronic health records (EHR) systems. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Friendly and empathetic attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
