Roles & Responsibilities Required : Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately Managing security and telecommunication systems Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence Transferring calls as necessary Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in line Recording and maintaining office expenses Maintaining Company\'s Extension and directory Preparing vouchers Receiving and dispatching couriers Handling travel arrangements Managing office inventory like stationary, pantry items, equipment and furniture Overseeing office services like cleaners, housekeeping and maintenance service providers Coordinating internal and external events Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area Mandatory to Have : 01 to 02 years of experience as proven working experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
